DATES SET FOR EASTERN ECONOMIC FORUM 2017

In accordance with the schedule set by the President of the Russian Federation, the Third Eastern Economic Forum will be held on 6−7 September 2017.
According to Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation − Executive Secretary of the Eastern Economic Forum Organizing Committee Anton Kobyakov, “The Third Eastern Economic Forum will take place immediately following the 9th BRICS Summit in China. The Forum is now firmly placed on the list of important events in world politics. In the two years since it was first held, the EEF has become a major international communications platform orientated on priority development of the Far East of Russia and integration with the Asia-Pacific region.”
The Forum will be held on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) on Russky Island in Vladivostok. A number of events on ‘day zero’ of the Forum will also be held on 5 September 2017.
