29 July 2016
Since its foundation in September 2015, the Agency has employed 800 people.
A “jubilee” agreement providing for a range of services in personnel recruitment, employment and development has been signed with JSC Ametistovoe (integrated with JSC Zoloto Kamchatki).
“We obtained a certificate enabling the company to be recompensed for costs incurred in recruiting 25 employees moved to Kamchatka from different regions. In 2017, we plan to bring in another 100 staff. The practical and consulting help from the Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East will facilitate the earliest possible solution of the company’s problems of staffing its projects with unique human resources, including in unique positions”, stated HR Director of Zoloto Kamchatki Eugenia Prevysh-Kvinto.
The Agency was established in September 2015 for providing human resources for investment projects in Advanced Special Economic Zones and Free Port Vladivostok, along with major employers of the region. The Agency furnishes analytic information about the labour market for Russia’s Far East employers, organises the search, recruitment, training and retraining of candidates and personnel, as well as supporting and adapting employees and their family members who move with them.
“In less than a year, we’ve established close contacts with employees in the region, studied their needs and, on the basis of the information obtained, developed our solutions taking into account the production specifics of different enterprises”, noted Pavel Ignatyev, First Deputy Director General of the Agency.
At the moment, the Agency is seeking to fill 3,000 vacancies and has already helped more than 800 people find good jobs, including people coming to the Far East from other parts of Russia.
